Four things about me I’ve always known:

I’m a writer. I’m a photographer.

I tend to talk too much. Sometimes.

And I don’t often do things the normal way.

It’s taken till my mid-40′s for me to understand that this is who I am.

My images may never be perfect, my words not crafted just right, and I may never follow a linear path, but it doesn’t matter.

I have stories I want to tell.

And this is my place to do it.

I’m slowly trashing the idea that I’ll ever be perfect, learn it all, or do it right.

Because really, that’s just so not what it’s about.
